I cannot use my credit card? Why?

That is correct. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to provide card processing services. The credit card processing companies consider many of the products we sell as “high risk” supplements and will not allow the transaction. Even though these supplements are 100% legal, produced in FDA registered facilities, and are used by 1000’s of happy customers every day, the processing companies deem them too risky and will not provide processing for the payment transaction.

Fortunately, there are several other payment options for you upon checkout including ACH payment, check image, and Customer-Initiated PayPal payment.

Why is this happening?

We wish we knew the exact reason! We’ve argued and pursued legal action for over 10 years to no avail. From what little we’ve been told, we do know that the processing companies believe several of the products we sell; specifically, botanicals, nutraceuticals, DMHA, DHEA, Andro, sexual and testosterone enhancements, supplements are illegal and some of these are classifies as illegal drugs. Which we all know is not true. In reality, these supplements are 100% legal and produced in FDA registered facilities and are used by 1000’s of happy customers every day.

Why do you not take credit cards?

There is NO LEGAL CREDIT CARD PROCESSING for these products in the United States. Most e-commerce sites have and will be effective by these unfair, lack of understanding about what is legal or illegal supplements by credit card processing companies. 
Only the FDA can classify certain ingredients as drugs not the credit card processing companies. We have paid high interest rates, high application fees to open merchant account to process credit cards only to be cancel days, weeks later. It is a costly circle 

Why can I use my credit card on other sites?

We refuse to compromise your identity and card security for using off shore, high risk processing. 

How can I use my credit card?
You can use your card as a form of payment when submitting your order payment as a customer-initiated payment in PayPal.

Is my product legal?

100% legal! We buy from and source all supplements sold on our site from reputable vendors and manufactures. These supplements are 100% legal and produced in FDA registered facilities, and are used by 1000’s of happy customers every day.

What is your return policy? 

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items you order and your experience. Depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product, there may be several options available to you. 

•If you would like to return an unopened product for any reason, we can either issue a refund to your method of payment, or we can apply an in-store credit to your account that you can use towards a future purchase. The refund issued or in-store credit applied is for the price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery. There may be a 30% re-storing Fee.  

•If a clothing item (i.e., belt, posing suit, shirt, etc.) doesn't fit properly, we'll gladly issue an in-store credit to your account for a different size, but must charge for the new shipping fee and the return shipping cost. 

No RETURN

No Returns on Discontinued, Blow Outs Sale, expired or otherwise no-longer manufactured products are sold as-is without right for refund, return, or exchange. 

•No Returns after 30 days. We cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason after 30 days. 

To begin processing any type of return, please contact our Customer Service team and provide your name, the order number, and the reason for returning the product. 

To speed up the returns process, please return the product along with a copy of your invoice to the same warehouse that shipped your original order with "Attention: Returns" on the address label. To determine which warehouse shipped your package, look at the top left corner of the shipping label on the outside of box or on the packing slip sent inside the box. To find the address for each warehouse location, visit our warehouse locations page. 

When returning an item, we highly recommend using a shipping method that provides step-by-step tracking information to help ensure its safe arrival. We apologize, but we are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for an item to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or damaged during the return process. 

Once we have received the product and the return has been processed by our warehouse, we can issue the refund or award the in-store credit to your account. 

Wrong Address

We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address. Please Check that the address you provide is update, and corrected.  

 Cancellation Policy

If the correct price of an item sold is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We have the right at our discretion to cancel any orders that is not eligible to our terms and condition.

Customers Cancellation. To cancel your order, you must first email us to tell us that you would like to cancel your order. If your order has already ship. you must return the products to us in the same condition in which you received them at your own shipping cost.  

Shipping Cost

 Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns, non-deliver. or cancellation. 

 

Domestic & European Union Customers 

We provide return shipping labels for products that were shipped incorrectly (i.e., wrong item delivered), defective or damaged items, products that arrive after the expiration date, or any item that caused an adverse reaction (e.g., vomiting or severe headaches). Sorry, but we cannot issue return labels for issues with taste or lack of results from a product, and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping when returning these items.

International Customers 
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide return shipping labels for customers outside the United States.

We are not responsible for packages seized through customs. Please verify that the ingredients for the products you are shipping international is accepted in your country.
